This is a rather long (16 pages) post from Jeremy Grantham of GMO, who I believe is one of the best market strategists around.
Bottom line: The Fed's encouragement of higher debt and more speculation will eventually comeback to haunt us (hence the Halloween theme) but for now the markets should benefit.
